Every family who orders with your code gets an emailed receipt showing exactly what they bought, the amount, and your code on it. Prefer to run it the traditional way? Put a line on your flyer asking families to forward their receipt or print it and hand it in by a set date. Count them up and you will know your total before we do. Prefer to leave it to us? Do nothing — we email you the same figures every Monday.
Your code works the moment you make it, and your 10% starts adding up straight away. Before we send the first payment, we confirm the organisation is real — an EIN or tax ID, a child care or school licence number, a district or state listing, or a letterhead. One reply to one email, once, and it never comes up again. Nothing is lost while you sort it: your share is held and released in full on the next payout. We never ask for a bank account, a routing number or a Social Security number. This protects the schools doing it properly, and it is why the money is there when you need it.
Payouts run every two months — the 1st of February, April, June, August, October and December, by PayPal, Zelle or check.
An order joins a payout once it is 60 days old. That clears the 30-day return window with room to spare, so nothing has to be taken back later. Until then it sits in your total as pending — you can see it the whole time, and it moves across on its own.
Running year-round? Payouts start once you reach $50. Under that it rolls to the next run and keeps building — nothing expires. Running a timed fundraiser? When it ends, we wait 60 days for the last orders to clear and then send everything you earned, whatever the amount. No minimum at the finish line, because there is no next fundraiser for it to roll into.
Nothing is deducted and there are no fees — you keep the full 10%.
